- All shipments are FOB shipping point.
- Shipments are prepaid and add via UPS, unless requested or contractually arranged otherwise.
- Any orders shipped on purchase orders are due net 30 days. 18% interest will be applied on late payments.
- Late payment will cause terms to move to COD with COD charges to apply.
